Espresso machines fall into three basic categories: Super Automatic, Semi Automatic and Manual. But first you need to decide which one's right for you? And to do that you need to decide how much control you want over the entire brewing process. Having more control allows you to get a special taste you may want. Having a Super or Semi Automatic offers less control, but less to learn, but quicker and easier to use.
