After spending way too much time searching for a replacement coffeemaker, I decided on a Hamilton Beach BrewStation Deluxe.  I liked that it made 12 cups, but dispensed one at a time, thereby eliminating the need for a carafe.  Once I decided on the unit, I contacted Joyce at Coffee Maker's Shop.  I can't give Joyce enough kudos!  First, we had a great discussion about the coffeemaker itself and then we had a wonderful general conversation.  She was a joy to deal with.  The unit arrived in a timely fashion and I have been quite pleased with it.

In a day and age where many things are done online, it is a real pleasure to find a human being who so clearly cares about her business and providing excellent customer service.
