The Nesco® Coffee Bean Roaster is fun and easy. It can roast coffee beans in 20 to 30 minutes and you can craft your own signature coffees from your favorite bean combination(s). It can achieve a wide range of distinct flavors and roasts up to 1/3 lb. of beans -- 36 cups of coffee. The advanced patented catalytic technology significantly reduces smoke and odors. Remember whole beans are freshest when roasted within 10 days. When buying a variety of beans, it is okay to freeze then for a short period of several months. This Roaster is easy to use, but be sure to read the directions first.

If you only drink espresso coffee on the week-ends, try roasting on Thursday or Friday and roast just enough for the week-end. If some chaff escapes to the counter, just brush it or vacuum it away.
