The Pasquini K2 doserless grinder is wrapped in a bright elegant sheet of chrome over the heavy steel base beneath it. This grinder has an infinite amount of settings so that you can fine tune the fineness of the grind you want. No click from one size to another, but a continuous slide from coarse to the finest espresso grind possible. The 50mm flat plate burrs grind a consistent grind every time while the low-speed direct drive motor prevents damaging heat from raising the temperature of the beans; thus keeping the hint of burnt coffee out of your espresso or cup of coffee. As a safety feature, the K2 will not grind unless a portafilter or container is resting below the dispensing chute and depressing an indicator switch.
