Features:
The Giro Interface is a new innovation available for the Odea Giro. Thanks to its coffee control dial and large buttons, you can prepare coffee and your favorite drinks with minimal effort, in just a few minutes. Alert lights to the left of the dial give clear, instant details for each function.

Rapid Steam technology reduces the normal waiting time between brewing coffee and steam output to just a few seconds. A separate heat exchange for steam provides fast and continuous steam pressure for frothing milk within seconds.

Turn the steam knob and have instant steam for cappuccinos or lattes. Other systems can have you waiting up to 45 seconds for the steam function to be ready but not with Rapid-Steam; you'll have consistent steam for repeated drinks.

The special milk frothing tip delivers perfect foam every time for lattes or cappuccinos, even if you have never foamed milk before! The steam wand is located on the right front of the machine and it accommodates frothing pitchers up to 32 oz. If you need instant hot water for making tea, hot cocoa, or Americanos, the hot water feature is available at the press of a button.

After careful research, Saeco finally chose this material to put an end to grinding with metal components. Indeed ceramic is inert, and thus ensures the best results without altering the flavor of coffee. The new ceramic grinder also provides a more even grind, allowing perfect dosing and blending, and giving you more control over the density and body of your coffee. And that's not all: the amount of coffee residue left in the cup is sizably reduced. Long-lasting, minimum noise! Passively Warned Heating Surface using residual heat from the internal boilers. Cup Warming Surface allows your delicious beverages to maintain flavor by retaining heat within your cup. Espresso should always be brewed as hot as possible, the heating surface helps to maintain the integrity of your ceramic and glass cupware.

The heart of Saeco automatic machines is the patented removable brew group. This device allows the machine to tamp, brew and dispense the coffee in one cycle. The brew group can be removed at the push of a button, for convenient rinsing and chemical-free cleaning. This brew group is exclusive proprietary Saeco technology and one of the unique advantages that has made Saeco the world leader in automatic espresso machines.

The adjustable drip tray can be easily raised or lowered allowing different cup sizes. Espresso cups or glasses can easily be accommodated. It is also removable for easy cleaning. No matter what mood you�re in, we can fit the mug that goes with it.

Energy Safe. If your Saeco machine sits idle, Energy Safe mode is automatically activated. The machine can also be set to stand-by mode to run even more economically.

Softer water for a more robust coffee. With Aqua Prima the number of flavor-altering substances found in water are reduced, and any micro-particles and impurities are filtered. So you can enjoy the improved flavor and full aroma of your coffee. Aqua Prima also reduces the formation of lime scale in the machine so that it lasts even longer. Maintenance:
Energy Saving Mode - The Espresso Machine has an energy saving mode that allows it to go into "stand-by" when not in use. Never use the power button on the machine as you can easily wake the product up by tapping the screen. You can also program your machine to awaken just before you do in the morning so that it's piping hot and ready on demand. This feature is very useful, program the machine to turn on at least a half an hour before you are ready to use it and the cup warmer will have your cups toasty for your hot latte! You can also program the machine to turn off at any designated time. All programming options are completely user-adjustable, simply see your manual or navigate through your machine's menu to browse peruse the options available to you.

Aqua Prima Water Filtration - Use the Saeco Aqua Prima water filter to pre-treat the water that enters your Espresso Machine. Automatic Rinsing Cycle - Your machine can be programmed to perform a rinse every time you wake the machine from energy-saving mode. This process allows the internal piping and brew group to be flushed with hot water prior to making your first cup! The rinsing process also expells any residule coffee left-over from your previous brew, insuring an ultra fresh, clean brew. Descaling Cycle - Scale buildup from naturally occurring minerals in your water can build up on sensitive components like the inside of the boiler, which left unchecked can cause considerable damage to the machine. By descaling your machine every two-three months, your machine will last for many trouble-free years. Use ONLY Saeco descaler, available in one year supply boxes, to descale your machine.
