Valued Customer: Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We have set guidelines that will allow you to have an easy return or exchange process.

First: It is your responsibility to check that all the items you ordered are accounted for before you sign for your order.

Second: Inspect the package at the time of delivery. Note any damage to the outside of your box.

Third: Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.

Fourth: Record the freight company’s name and trailer number so that we can track the order back to the manufacturer or supplier of your product.

You have choices if you see any damage to the product when it arrives.
You may choose to refuse the delivery; however, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus a return fee charge.

When you accept the order and find it damaged, contact us immediately. We will get you a return merchandise authorization number. NOTE: The item must be returned in the manufacturer’s ORIGINAL packaging along with all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Note the nature of the defect on the paperwork. We will promptly issue a prepaid return label and send out a replacement for the damaged product when the damaged one arrives. Remember to be sure and note all the damages in detail. When returning a product, be sure to use the name that comes with the RMA number. The RMA must be clearly written on the outer box. An insured carrier should ship the merchandise with a tracking number. You should insure the entire cost of the product. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. CoffeeMakersShop.com does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Every product we sell when properly returned within 30 days under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment order, less the appropriate restocking fee set by the manufacturer.

Modified, damaged, or abused products will not be accepted for replacement or credit. All returned products are subject to inspection and testing.

When returning a household product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit, less a restocking fee, as your refund. Please contact us at info@coffeemaersshop.com on how to process your return. If you feel that we made a mistake, you must do so within 30 days and we will correct the problem free of charge for you. All messages to info@coffeemaersshop.com will be answered within 24 hours.
